What Size Kettlebells Do I Need?

The most common starting weights I have seen over the past decade of coaching are as follows:

Ladies: 8kg, 12kg and 16kg (18 lbs, 26 lbs and 35 lbs); One of each

Gentlemen: 12kg, 16kg and 20kg (26 lbs, 35 lbs and 44 lbs); One of each

If you are starting with just one kettlebell we typically suggest starting with the middle weight from the weights listed above.

How Long Are the Workouts?

The workouts are typically 40-60 minutes in duration including warm-up time.

How much does it cost?

For our current special, this program costs just $9 (normally $97).

What If I Miss a Workout?

No problem! The Trainerize app we use gives you full control over your workout calendar so you can shuffle your workout days to accommodate your schedule.

For example: If we have workouts scheduled for M, W, F but something interferes with your Wednesday workout, you can simply shuffle your Wednesday and Friday workouts from your profile's dashboard to Thursday and Saturday so you can stay on track for the week.

Will I be auto-enrolled into a subscription when the challenge ends?

NO! You will not be auto-enrolled into a subscription.

However, if you enjoy the challenge and would like to continue receiving kettlebell workouts beyond the 28-Days, Just DM your coach inside the app before the challenge ends and we will keep you going on a month-to-month plan.

Do I get lifetime access to the program?
